About

Practical experience, plainly applied.

Most businesses depend on digital systems they do not fully control or understand. NadoTech helps identify the weak spots, explain them clearly, and fix what needs to be fixed.

That can include risk, security, ownership, access, website issues, email problems, vendor confusion, outdated systems, or technology that simply makes the business harder to run than it needs to be. The goal is not just to point out problems — it is to make those systems safer, cleaner, easier to manage, and more useful.

The founder

NadoTech was founded by Jesse Gath. Jesse is a veteran with SANS cybersecurity training, hands-on technical work, and more than 15 years leading operations in critical infrastructure.

He was selected for a fully funded SANS cybersecurity training program, where his work focused on practical security fundamentals, defensive operations, and incident response. He combines that training with U.S. Air Force experience and a career of Class I railroad operations leadership — environments where knowing exactly who owns a system, who can touch it, and what breaks when nobody is watching is not optional.

That combination matters because digital risk is rarely just technical. It is also operational: who owns the system, who can access it, who understands it, and what happens when the person who set it up is long gone.

How NadoTech works

Find what is actually wrong. Say it plainly. Fix what needs fixing. The first step is usually a Digital Risk Snapshot. What comes after — securing, organizing, or sustaining what you depend on — is entirely up to you.
